1. Services Provided
PCMD MANAGEMENT LLC offers:
- Same-Day Local Deliveries
- Scheduled & Recurring Deliveries
- Freight & Bulk Transport
- Special Handling Services (fragile, oversized, or temperature-sensitive goods)
We operate primarily within Georgia, USA, with limited interstate services available upon request.
2. Booking & Order Acceptance
- All delivery requests must be submitted via our website booking form, phone, or email.
- Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- A confirmation will be sent once your order is accepted.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
- Disclose any special handling requirements at the time of booking.
- Ensure goods are properly packaged unless special handling is requested.
- Be available for pickup/delivery within the agreed time frame.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are based on distance, package size/weight, delivery urgency, and special handling needs.
- All charges will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless a business account is approved.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved business accounts.
5. Delivery Timelines
- Same-Day Delivery: Completed within agreed service hours.
- Scheduled Delivery: Delivered at the agreed date and time.
- Delays: We aim for 100% on-time delivery but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, road closures, etc.).
6. Liability & Insurance
- We handle all shipments with care, but liability is limited to the declared value of goods unless additional insurance is purchased.
- PCMD MANAGEMENT LLC is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, toxic substances)
- Illegal goods
- Live animals (unless approved in advance)
9. Real-Time Tracking & Notifications
All customers receive a tracking ID for shipment monitoring. Status updates are provided via SMS, email, or our website tracking portal.
