At PCMD MANAGEMENT LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide a flexible, transparent, and customer-friendly cancellation policy while ensuring fairness for our drivers and operational commitments.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellations:
    You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no cost.
  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee to cover allocated vehicle and driver costs.
  • Same-Day Delivery Cancellations:
    Same-day bookings canceled after dispatch will be charged in full.
  • No-Show Policy:
    If the driver arrives at the pickup location and you are unavailable or the goods are not ready, the delivery will be marked as a failed pickup and charges may apply.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds:
    Eligible for cancellations made within the free cancellation window.
  • Partial Refunds:
    If your delivery is canceled after pickup but before delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on distance traveled and time spent.
  • No Refunds:
    • If goods are delivered successfully.
    • If cancellation occurs after the package is in transit.

4. Exceptions
